I’ve caught lots of grief from friends, both in Prague and in the States, about my twitter (Don’t know what Twitter is? Where have you been living? Sorry for the sarcasm, here’s an explanation.) habit over the last year or so. It’s actually been pretty entertaining at times. I’ve been “defrieneded” [...]

I have to admit to being a blog stalker. I found your blog from my friend Melissa Wright’s blog and realized that not only do we live in the same country but I think I’ve seen you at Malenovice during a conference there. Small world! Anyway, long story short - I have done some video filming and production for Josiah Venture projects. But I am truly a novice and am still trying to get a grasp of it all. I’m always open to advice from those that have gone before me. Just curious what type of camera you use and type of editing software. Cool promo video - the drab colors are a great backdrop to your narrative! We were just shooting in Prague a couple weeks ago for a promo video for Exit 316 and I loved the finished product with the colorless backdrop. Great job on your video!

Lauree thanks for the response and the compliment! The camera, I just began using, is a Panasonic AG-HVX200AP, and even though I don’t know, yet, how to use it completely, I love it! I just shot everything for the two new vids in automatic, because I was under deadlines and didn’t have time to experiment. As far as editing goes, I’m a mac guy (if you hadn’t picked that up yet) and I love the newest Final Cut Studio, so good. I hope that helps! Thanks again!
