Thanks for the response… Right now, every year. However, the lovely worker at the Foreigner’s Police, who helped me (yes that does exist there!), told me next year I can get a two year visa and that would almost put me at the mark to get a ten year visa, can you say, “Ou, ou!” That will be a glorious day! She also told me that, next year I can go to he “special” 4th floor! I think that is because they are making it easier for countries, i.e. the Good ‘ole US of A, that have visa exceptions for Czechs.
