This is my beautiful 13-YEAR-OLD SISTER, Mikaela!
Today 13 years ago the Harrod family was blessed by the Lord with a little girl whom we called a miracle for several reasons, mainly my parents wanted a third child and had tried often to no avail, until the Lord blessed us with Mikaela! I thank God for her each day. She is so precious to me and our family. Mikaela happens to be 15 years younger than me and 12 years younger than Megan, so she kind of grew up with two sets of parents. In fact, Megan and I are Mikaela’s godparents which is even more special. She is growing into an amazingly beautiful young woman, and I pray each day that she would fall deeper in love with her Savior and that she would continually be transformed by him. I spoke with her on the phone this weekend and she said something that was so encouraging to me, “I’m reading my Bible more and I’m really enjoying it!” May God continue to birth a God-centered beauty in my precious little sister who is now a teenager! Scary! Please pray for her! I love and miss you Mikaela!
