Two Sundays ago I had the opportunity to preach at my church here in Prague, Faith Community Church, and it was a HUGE blessing! My dear friend, Mark, and I tag teamed to do a mini-series, Blessed to be a Blessing. I finished it up with a talk from Jeremiah 29:4-7, entitled Blessing the City. Wow, my blog has suffered much neglect this summer! I apologize for my lack of blogging. I have about 10 drafts started that I had hoped to finish and get up on my blog, but in the midst of life, catching up with people, raising support, flying back to Prague, football and more I didn’t get them up. So I hope to get to those drafts and I have a fun few ideas of some running themes to write on for the blog. With that I hope to get back in the blogging saddle and see what God might do through this blog. So stop back in the days and weeks ahead and see what’s going on. Thanks for being you! what will you do today?

Hello out there. I’m sorry I have falling off the map with blogging as of late, it’s my desire to get back in the blog saddle again real soon. I’ve been in the midst of trying to raise support, then get back to Prague, then settle in and now I’m prepping hardcore for football starting next week. Your prayers would be coveted in the midst of all that is going on right now and getting ready to start the season.

With that said, I have to get to work, but I wanted to share this video with you and ask you the simple question, “What will you do or have you done to reach the unreached today?” This video encouraged me, challenged me and much more.


This world is indeed a lost, hurt and dying place. Jesus calls you and I, as Christ-followers, to reach and make an impact on the world. So what will you do today to reach the lost, dying in your world where you are today, BUT what will you do to reach those who are across the ocean? After all we are called to be both local and global. I hope this challenges you as it challenged me today! Grace to you and I, and as we rest in that grace GO be a REVOLUTION!

zhtv special 2 years back in Prague!

Before I left Prague I wanted to put together a short video that would kind of sum up my two years back in Prague with some pictures and some random videos. I hope you enjoy this and if you are a ministry partner either in prayer and/or in financial giving please know your partnership is vital to my work and OURministry in Prague! God hasn’t just used me, but He has used US! Thank you! Thank you for two years! Can you believe it, 2 years?!?!?

Oh yeah, the music from the video is from my friend Phil Wing, and ALL the proceeds of the CD sale go to help them adopt a child from Africa! GO buy the CD and help a great cause in the midst of getting some great music!

In a previous post, I gave you the heads up about the churches I will be making appearances at, but I’ve added some COME & SEE ME! dates as well. zhtv #23 rain time lapse

Here is a zhtv that is a bit different from normal. When Rach and I were trying to get some interviews shot of us we got poured on. We saw rain south of us, but where we were was dry, so I thought it would be cool to time lapse the river (which was very high) while we waited for the storm (mainly thunder) to pass. Well, as you can see the rain made it’s way towards us. Pay attention to the second bridge (Bridge of Legions), beyond Charles Bridge. You see the wall of water coming and then I grab my camera and throw it in the bag. No worries, camera, Rachel and I survived by hiding under a big balloon for an hour+! The bags still have yet to be packed, the taxi comes in 3 hours and 15 minutes (4:00 am!). No fears all is well. Things are coming together well and I have had a really good day in the midst of having a ton of things to do (thanks in large part due to my sweet girlfriend! Thanks Rach!). Stress levels are low, I’m doing good and I have some growing anticipation for this summer and what God will do as I’m back for 5 weeks!

With that said, here’s a little zhtv love for you, before I head out! It’s about coming back this summer and how I would love your help in connecting with people who would want to join US in reaching this city, continent, and country! I hope you enjoy it, even in the midst of me asking for help! As always, know my support page is sitting there waiting to be visited by you or your friends! Thanks for all you do!

I need your help!

This summer (actually in a few days!), I’m returning to the States for a short furlough after 2 years being out on the field! Can you believe it has been two years already! Where has the time gone? With that said, I’ll be hopping on a plane and heading to the States for 5 weeks to connect with family, friends, and ministry partners and also to (re)raise some prayer and financial support for OUR ministry and my work here in Prague!

As you would imagine in light of the things that have happened since I’ve been gone, there are some needs out there and I’m trusting God to show up. With that said, would you help me? Would you consider helping me connect with others that would join US in reaching this city, country and continent!?!?
